To achieve it, we use the technology creating digital solutions that make our costumers lives simpler, their decisions smarter and their business more profitable.

What You'll Do
  • Follow up on hiring (vacancies/hired/declined/on interview/offers/newcomers);
  • Team cost analysis (team cost + CR – movements cost if applicable);
  • Team head count and team distribution (partnership with Capacity Management Team to check structure needs);
  • Vacation Status;
  • Follow up on labor journey to understand team workload;
  • Turnover routine (mapping, action plan and resign interview);
  • Mapping training needs, follow up on training sessions and English platform;
  • Gender distribution;
  • Career Path management – movements analysis with managers regarding company rules and OPR;
  • Supporting 1:1 sessions regarding career expectations, OPR and periodic alignments;
  • Follow up on engagement surveys - adherence, results and action plan;
  • Target setting process - cascading, review and appraisal;
  • Overall news and important dates/deadlines;
  • Focus group – free channel and routine to hear the team.
