Main Activities:

• Provides support to the manager in monitoring communication activities, with daily contact with advertising agencies or suppliers;
•  Control invoices and payments, support negotiations in the purchase of services;
• Support in the implementation of advertising and sales campaigns;
• Prepares materials for social media and marketing and sales emails;
• Assists in marketing content approval submission tasks with the global headquarter;
• Revises content in Portuguese for the website;
• Conducts market research and monitoring of metrics and results;
• Supports the realization of physical events such as fairs and congresses and virtual events with different audiences.

Requisitions:

• Attending the 3rd or 4th year of bachelor degree in Administration, Marketing or related areas;
• Advanced English;
• Taste for social media;
• Familiarity with technology. (knowledge or willingness to learn about tools from SalesForce, Pardot, Google Analytcis, etc.)
  
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with simultaneous deliveries, respecting deadlines.
